2. Service Description

RentSwap connects users (aspiring tenants) with current tenants who are about to move out, enabling them to take over rental agreements before apartments are listed on the market. Users receive guidance and tools to craft effective applications.

3. Limitations and Exclusions

Our service is free until a rental contract is successfully secured. Users will only incur a success fee if they obtain housing through our service.

4. Payment Terms

  • Initial Cost: Free

  • Success Fee: A one-time fee of one month's rent + VAT (21%) payable only if the service successfully secures a rental contract. There are no hidden costs.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information about their apartment needs.

  • Maintain a stable financial background.

  • Respect the privacy of all parties involved throughout the application process.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users can cancel the service at any time without incurring costs. Since the initial service is free, refunds are not applicable. The success fee is only charged upon securing a rental contract.

RentSwap disclaims liability for unsuccessful rental applications and does not guarantee housing. We focus on maximizing users' chances of securing a rental agreement.
